Gualtiero Pasini was Mascagni's first violin during his 1911 tour of South America. This is a contract between Pasini and the society La Teatral headed by the impresario Walter Mocchi. Given the dates of December 8 and 10, 1911 visible on the contract, it is likely that this was not the contract for the Mascagni tour, but a contract for a subsequent South American tour.
